We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.

While we aim to reach as many locations as possible, deliveries to remote or low-connectivity areas may experience:

  • Limited courier availability

2. Order Processing Timeline

Once you place an order:

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with purchase details

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

We recommend checking your package at the time of delivery.

  • Delivery attempts will be made by the courier partner; repeated failed attempts may lead to return of the package
  • Address changes after dispatch may not be possible
  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping details are not our responsibility
